Using this website
The pages on this site describe our roofing services and the common problems found on roofs. They offer general guidance, not a judgment about your particular roof.
Only a direct look at your roof can determine what it actually needs, so treat these pages as background. Ask us directly when you want an answer for your own property rather than a general one.
We also keep the website running and protect it from abuse. That is why our form asks you to complete a quick security check. Please use the site for genuine roofing questions and service requests.
Inquiries and free estimates
You can reach us by phone, or send the details through the form on our website. We treat that first message as the start of a conversation, not as a booked job.
We use what you send for a short list of reasons. We answer your roofing question, prepare the estimate you requested, and follow up about that service. Running and protecting the website is the last of those reasons.
Our estimate is free, and it remains free while we discuss the work. A full written report on your roof is different. We charge for it.
Roof work, price and warranty
An inquiry or a phone conversation on its own is not an accepted roofing contract. The work, its scope, the price and the warranty are settled in the separate agreement for your job.
So no page on this site fixes a price, a schedule or a warranty for your roof. Read that agreement carefully, and question any line that seems unclear before you sign. Written terms protect you as much as they protect us.

Some of our pages point to city and trade sources that explain roofing rules and methods. Those references help you understand the steps around a roof project before you commit to it.
Those websites belong to other organizations, and their pages can change at any time. None of them, and no page here, can tell you whether your own project will be approved. Check the original source yourself before you rely on a detail for your project.
