Who we are

Roofing is the only trade we handle under this brand. Beverly Hills Roofing Contractors is a division of Home Vision Remodel. We work under CSLB #1112525.

We serve homeowners, property managers, and business owners. Residential and commercial roofs both sit inside our normal scope.

The roofing work we cover

Most jobs fall into four groups: repair, replacement, new installation, and inspection. On repairs we track down leaks, reset slipped tile, patch shingles, and rework flashing. Replacement goes further: the old roof comes off and a new one goes on.

We work on asphalt shingle, tile, metal, and flat roofs. On flat and low-slope roofs we usually use torch-down, a bitumen membrane bonded with a torch. For metal, we use standing seam panels, so the fasteners stay hidden.

Inspections come up in two common ways. A buyer in escrow wants the roof condition confirmed. Insurers also ask to see a roof report before they issue or renew a policy.

How we work with property owners

A sales estimate for roofing work is free. We charge separately for a detailed written inspection or report, and that fee varies.

When a roofing project calls for a permit, we help the owner pull it. That permit comes from the city or another authority with jurisdiction.
